Ashtabula County: Judge tells residents to "Arm themselves"

Ashtabula, the largest county in Ohio, has had severe budget cuts to the Sheriff's Department, causing law enforcement to be understaffed. A county judge tells residents to arm themselves so they can protect their own homes and families. [Not a bad idea even without budget cuts.]
